Placing an order – what happens next?
When you have placed your order, confirmation will be sent to you via email complete with transaction and order reference numbers. UK orders will arrive within 7 working days. Please allow 14 working days for International Orders.
No quibble returns
Hare & Beauty Ltd offer a 100% guarantee that if you’re in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered we will exchange them or give you a full refund provided that the item is in new condition with original packaging and accessories and that it is returned to us within 14 days.
Please use the above address when returning items. For your protection, we recommend that you get a certificate of posting which is available free from the Post Office or recommend using registered post for any returns, which will enable us to action your refund or replacement should the returned goods be lost or delayed in the post.
IMPORTANT Returns Information.
If you wish to return goods to us, you must call our offices on 01789 269 141 and ask for an authorisation number. No good will be accepted back without this identification. As soon as we receive the goods we’ll action your request. We highly recommend using registered post for any returns as we accept no responsibility for lost items. Where a refund has been requested, we will credit your card no later than seven working days following receipt of the returned goods and any replacement goods held in stock will be despatched within three working days. Please note that our free shipping offer applies to orders valued at £100 and over. If you are returning part of your order which when deducted from the original total results in the order value falling to an amount below £100, Hare & Beauty reserves the right to add back the cost of shipping.
If your chosen substitute is not in stock we will contact you to offer either an alternative or a refund.

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
To cancel this contract, either email our customer services team with the order number and your instruction to cancel or telephone the customer service team on 01789 269141. Or International +44 1789 269141.
If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us.
If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
