We are a passionate, friendly and highly skilled team of beauty therapists in Ruskington, Lincolnshire. We work hard to deliver the best level of service for all our clients and are are up to date with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
Hi, my name is Sophie, and I am the founder of HARE and Beauty LTD.
I am a bubbly character that loves a good laugh with my clients and I am passionate about everything I do. I always give 110% when providing a service.
My favourite colour is pink, I LOVE chihuahuas and I play the guitar. I love going away with my partner Ross and I enjoy spending time with my friends and family but also like my own space.
How did I open HARE and Beauty?
I get asked this a lot! ... When I was 15-18 years old, I had 5 part time jobs whilst I was at school/sixth form/college. I have always had a strong work ethic and in my own mind- nothing is out of reach! I always knew I would do ‘something’ as I’ve always had it in me- I just never knew what. To save me blabbering on- I opened a small salon in March 2015 when I was 18. I didn’t pay myself a penny for the first 6 months as I continued to waitress/pot wash in the evenings to make sure I knew the salon worked. It was a success and in 2018 I bought the salon we are in today and we became HARE and beauty LTD.

Hello, my name is Faith, and I am the Salon manager at HARE and Beauty LTD and have been part of the team since 2019. I have worked my way up at HARE and Beauty starting as an apprentice, where I did all my training with Sophie.
I love getting to know my clients and making everyone feel glamorous, leaving with a smile on their face after a visit to the salon.
I am a very calming character, but I am always up for a laugh and a joke. In my spare time I love to go out for food and drinks with my friends and family. I have a crazy border collie called Harvey that I enjoy taking on walks. I like to go shopping and I’ve taken a liking to home interiors.

Hiya, I'm Ellena and I've had the pleasure of being part of this incredible team since October 2020. I am a Mum to 4 beautiful children whom are my world and fiancé to Christian. I love to travel, I’m Cypriot nationality and love going back home to see family. I have a passion for enhancing natural beauty and a dedication to providing exceptional service, I specialise in Semi-Permanent Makeup and Advanced Facials along with lots of other beauty treatments. Every treatment I offer is tailored to bring out your best features, leaving you feeling confident and radiant. Being self-employed at Hare and beauty has given me the opportunity to express my creativity and share my expertise with a wonderful community of clients. At the weekend I like to spend time with my friends and family and I LOVE shopping!!

Hello! my name is Beth, and I am a fully qualified level 3 Beauty Therapist at HARE and Beauty LTD and have been part of the team since 2022. The girls at the salon call me McBeth- everyone has a nickname!
I love beauty and have always had an interest in all things beauty since I was little! I would always be wanting to do my friends makeup etc. I am a sociable person and love having a chat and this job is such a sociable job as you chat all day long! I like to make people feel good- whether that be their appearance or how they actually feel- and in beauty I feel I can do that for people which makes me feel good too!
I absolutely love dogs! I have a Chihuahua and a German Sheppard! In my spare time I like to bake and spend time with my friends and family.

My name is Molly and I am the apprentice at HARE and Beauty. I am training to be a beauty therapist because I like to make people feel good and making people feel confident. In my spare time I love shopping and going to new places. I have a crazy dog called Betty and a bunny called Cupcake - so I get a lot of cuddles. My perfect day would be to go shopping, get my nails and lashes done, then get home and go on a lovely sunny walk!
Hi I’m Ella, I am an apprentice at HARE and Beauty studying level 2 beauty therapy. I want to be a beauty therapist because I enjoy doing treatments and I love making people feel good about themselves. I am a very chatty character and I love to have a laugh. I enjoy going shopping and spending time with my friends and my family. I have always had an interest in doing beauty as a job as I have previously liked to do my friends and family's makeup and nails.
