Hello! I’m Sophie, the founder of HARE and Beauty Ltd. I’m known for my bubbly personality, love for a good laugh with clients, and deep passion for what I do. I pride myself on always giving 110% in every service I deliver.A few fun facts about me—my favourite colour is pink, I absolutely adore chihuahuas, and I enjoy playing the guitar in my spare time. I love going on adventures with my husband, Ross, spending time with our beautiful daughter Margot, and relaxing with friends and family—though I also value my own quiet moments.
How did HARE and Beauty begin?This is a question I get asked all the time!From the age of 15 to 18, I worked five part-time jobs while balancing school, sixth form, and college. I’ve always had a strong work ethic and a belief that nothing is out of reach. I knew I was destined to do something, even if I wasn’t sure what that would be at the time.At 18, I took the leap and opened a small salon in March 2015. I didn’t pay myself a penny for the first six months—I continued working evenings as a waitress and pot washer to ensure the business had a solid foundation. The risk paid off. In 2018, I purchased the larger salon we operate from today, and we officially became HARE and Beauty Ltd.Since then, it’s been an incredible journey of growth, passion, and teamwork. I feel so proud of what we’ve built and truly grateful for every client who walks through our doors.
